    Default Colour In Flight

Little Kestrels are actually our smallest falcons at approx. 10" long. Not much colour on perch, but when they take flight, and you get a shot of their backs, they are quite colourful.

You can tell its a male by the blue slate coloured wings and back.

Beautifully coloured bird. They are pretty great fliers as well.

You got that right Casil. We like to pertain to them as multi-directional missiles. Especially when you are trying to get an in-flight shot.
