There was something about having a lot of pictures of birds at a distance, all taken near the same place, that led me to convert them to black and white but leave the birds in color. But a couple of shots I liked better in color. Thanks for looking. Mike

I like the use of selective colour on the birds here.
Since I'm crap at naming birds - I really like this one in particular.

I like the one Marko pointed out as well. It looks like a cedar waxwing from here but the B&W background is an elegant foil for this elegant little bird.

Waxwing, most likely a Cedar Waxwing ... looks very much like the one I posted a while back ... wonderful place to take a camera to, thanks for sharing ... great series :highfive:
