Well just thought I would stop by and say Hi, I have been running ragged with the photography aspect of my life. I have shot 9 concerts including Edgefest, Sausagefest (CFNY Dean Blondell's Party), Rogers Picnic to name a few in the past few weeks, and have 2 more concerts scheduled in the next 10 days. I also have met several models I am working with doing several shoots with each and I also have more shoots set up over the next few weeks with some others.

I also have been asked by Gallery to do an Exhibition and they have asked to be my representative. When I am not doing shoots I am working on the post processing of the photos and writing more emails than I thought was possible. Hope to be back posting soon, at some point I figure it will slow down but enjoying it while it lasts. Still need to work on my website, work on it has ground to halt for lack of time and energy.

Just one Concert I really want to shoot keep hitting a brick wall trying to get a media pass, but I have not given up, still have 3 weeks to try and figure out other options and if I don't get it at least I know I tried and I have been lucky thus far on the ones I have been able to obtain.

Since I found my groove again I am loving every minute of photography, for the years I had stopped I forgot just how passionate I was about it. Even if it stays in the hobby state I cannot imagine ever giving up such a wonderful fascinating art.

Nice to see all the new members and the forums getting very busy, I see Marko has really got this forum moving. I read a lot of what I missed the past few weeks and some great photography and interesting topics discussed.

Hey AcadieLibre!

Great to hear from you and that you got your grove on :)
Sounds like amazing fun, the type of photography you're doing! Cherish this artistic period you are going through and enjoy the hard work!
IMO, more is better at this point so try and get as many gigs as possible - paid or unpaid - all good if you are meeting new people, getting the
hands on/foot in and producing good work.
Just sleep once in a while and eat a good breakfast. :)

Best!
Marko

I am trying to enjoy it while it lasts, tomorrow I meet my biographer the Gallery is providing me to talk about my "Art" and all the others things I hate talking about, like myself, lol. Never thought I would need a Biographer, I imagine there will be a lot of lulls in the conversation. Well after this week and early next things look like they will slow down for a while which will let me get caught up on all the photos I have not had time to sort out and do post processing on.

Now I have a few other ideas now I want to run with, but I will see if these ideas will pan out. And next week I need to get to my real job for a few sessions I have set up, unfortunately I need to pay bills lol. I also have come to conclude outside boudoir photography, I Hate working with most models, just not really for me, but it may just take time to get used to it.
