Greeting Guys

These are from a set I made a few weeks back of a founder of a corrugated container company. His son, the President, asked that I do a standard business portrait of his father. I suggested that the portrait would be complemented well with a series of images of him working around one of the plants. Here are some of the resulting images...

Peace
Peter

I quite like the second with his reflection on the table. As well the 4th one works but the reflection is selling me here. :)

2nd and fourth for me as well - care to share your lighting set-ups

Although I had some lighting gear with me, I chose not to use it and reverted to just using available light. The President offered to turn on some of the overhead factory lights, but I told him not to. At the time, and still now, I thought that natural light suited what I was trying to achieve. This 80,000 square foot factory has forty feet high ceilings with a long row of small windows near the roofline. I just worked with what the light was offering me on that heavily overcast day.

Thanks for asking.

Peace
Peter

I think your call to leave the factory lights off was spot on!
