I also think this shot would work well in b/w or sepia...one day i'll convert them.

I really like this capture Marko, the shot for me conveys a lot of maturity and feeling. I think it's a mixture of the way the 2 boys are sitting together, and the lighting/reflection and movement of the water.

I like them but find the two boys a tad to dark. I do prefer the second one, I think the boy leaning forward works well.

I agree. Some fill flash or a reflector would have worked well in this shot or even the dynamic range settings that some cameras have.
