Very nicely taken. Love the crop, and the expression matches the title, perfectly.

Beautiful girl and nicely posed and composed too.

It looks like there are artifacts from some processing evident. I'm guessing you've had to work hard to save this shot?

I did! The lighting was actually not that great and my iso was set wrong. Therefor, the picture came out very grainy. I had to do a lot of airbrushing, which are the artifacts you see. I'm super new to this so ANY critiques are welcome!

Wish MY best friend was that pretty! :) You are lucky to have someone so photographic to practice your portraiture on.

I don't think there's much I can add here other to say the composition is very good. About the only niggle there is I'd rather not see the green grass sneaking into the top of the shot.
Not being sure of what you did in the post processing it's kind of hard to be specific about improvements. If you feel like it, throw up the original so we can see what you started with. We might be able to make stronger suggestions on the camera settings etc from that.

Things I'd have liked to see are the eyes a little brighter and the shadows a little less black. Using something as reflector can help with that.
