Nicely done. I know exactly where that is too! I'm not sure about the diagonal pipe/bar however; the way it cuts across the upper half of the image it seems to block my eye.

The shape of the diagonal bar and its reflection matches the shape of the rock touching the water at the shore line. At the bottom the bar's reflection and the poles create a triangle which matches with another small triangle at the top created by a pole and its reflection. Great compositional use of shapes. The red and white add some life and an abstract feel to the image too. So, it works and is creative and effective.

There is another shot there that I would have tried as well. In landscape mode, I would have moved in closer and lower and used the diagonal bar and reflection as a frame for the rest of the photo.
