so I can't always get on the site these days, not just because I'm tired a lot, but because I keep getting an error that my request string is too long for the server. weird.

Anyway, I went into the yard the other day after the rain to get a few more shots in my lily of the valley project. While I was out there I saw the quince bush had fruited again. I thought the raindrops bookended nicely with some of the rainy blossom shots I got in the spring -

Both shot with the E-30 and the legacy OM 90mm f2 macro lens, but the flower shot had a ring flash used and the fruit no flash.

Anyway, if I don't respond to any comments it probably means I'm getting that weird error again. :wall-an:

I thought I already posted a response to this... weird. Anywho, I like all the drippy goodness of the second one here with colours that are just lovely. Nice capture!

Oh that sucks WD, can you copy the exact error message and post it here or send it to me by PM?

Both these shots are extremely well done, shot 2 though in my winner here though.

you did post, Iguanasan, it's just a doubled up thread. let me see if I can cut & paste it for you Marko. I'd really like to kick Explorer and go back to Firefox.

Thanks for the comments, folks. I should learn to manage that flash better. I'm just not adventurous with it.

I'm using Chrome without any particular issues. If you can't get Firefox to work and hate IE then Chrome is worth a look.

thanks Casil, I've heard that about the jam, but I don't think I've ever had any.
