Need recommendation for waterproof compact camera

Hi,
I already have a DSLR camera so I don't really want anything too expensive but would like a small camera to take scuba diving up to 60ft/18 meters. Here's what I need it to be:
- Waterproof up to 60ft, but will take 50ft
- Compact because I'd like it to be small enough to fit in my pocket
- Shoots HD Video and pics
- A minimum of 5 megapixels (do they even make anything less anymore??)
- Not too crazy expensive because it's for personal pics not professional
Any suggestions?

After reviewing that camera, it is exactly what I am looking for! And it's waterproof up to 180' which is way deeper than I'll ever dive to. But it's the video it takes that sold me. Here's their promo video:

I've seen these on sale in one of the malls. Pricey but would be pretty versatile for lots of uses. Be sure to post some results.
