Isn't that ironic. You consider it a noxious weed and here we consider it a flower that we pay to plant in our gardens.
Anyway, very nice pictures whatever you call it.

Don't worry too much. I generally have no idea what they are, I just like the wonderful colours ;) I've seen this particular flower all over the place. Had no idea it was called a Morning Glory.

Nor did I! Thought it was a purplus flowerus but a google search told me otherwise :)

I just like taking photos of some flowers. First thing I do when we move into a house is run around and rip out the flower gardens! Too much work to keep. Give me grass or plants that don't need me any day :)

Very nice colour and clarity MA.
We also have several of these species here in Canada that can be quite invasive, even though they are beautiful.
The technical name "Ipomoea" stands for "wormlike", pertaining to their life-strangling vines.
