Good one Jas...Seems to me there must be only one company that makes those restaurant heat lamps because no matter where you go they're the same model everywhere :laughing: Always it seems I'm behind that wall with my whole tech table plugged in to the same electrical circuit as the lamps being used for the foyer buffet :wall-an:

Lol, Michael! That is so true. If we have bands or DJ's or a video display they always set them up in that area. Well, there is only a few supply houses so no doubt it they arre all about the same. Those things put out a ton of light too, hence the blowout on the cook.

Marko, I think it was actually beef and lamb they were cutting that night.
