Kodak is chomping at the bit over patent rights held by them and how images are viewed on the web. Could eventually disrupt Flickr and Picassa.

Basically, they probably tried to patent everything you could imagine doing with a photo online. Otherwise, how could they possibly have 400+ patents around displaying photos for sale online? This patent thing has gotten completely out of hand and is just plain ridiculous lately.
