None of these are short, all of them fascinating. Two are by authors I have read and admire. The fourth, who preaches "Customer service" I wish more peole would listen too. :)

Just watched the Douglas Adams one...some of his old essays worked into other material. nice.

I loved and highly recommend Dan Gilbert's Why are we happy? I'll have to check out some of the others. Thanks for sharing the links.
