This Red-tail came swooping across in front of us and nailed a mouse on the roadside. He then landed in a tree back about 30 yds. in the bush. Only had about 10 seconds to get this shot off from stopping car, get on him, focus, and shoot, as he left with his prize right after this shot.

Thank you all for the kind compliments.
You can actually see that I was shooting through some branches, but I was quite surprised how well the lens "ignored" them as they were quite close to the car, so that helped immensely.
