You've got to be kidding! It's only January! We won't see that type of thing until late March.

I do love the colour in the third one though. Nice set!

Nice set Jude. I am with Iggy on this one. Really like that third one.

I am with Iggy too - I love the moss photo. But if you are starting to get spring weather I may get a little bitter. :yell:

The day before yesterday we had our 2nd? dump of snow this winter, (already melted) but now its 10 degrees and raining. The bulbs are starting to come up, and the markets are selling prim roses already. Fingers crossed for a early spring!

The second photo looks like a back of an endangered species animal!

Nice ultra zoom pictures nonetheless!

Nice set. I'm with the rest in liking #3 the best. Thats a nice one for sure. Reading about the first blossom and the bulbs coming up already was almost depressing:sad: seeing as we have another couple of months of snow ahead.:wall-an:

#2 for me, please, though # 3 is a beauty as well. Love the reflections in the droplet. And curses to you Island West Coast dwellers! It's freaking cold here in Alberta, snow and ice!

Like the all, but add my vote to #3 as my fav

The first and third look great Jude. Auto or manual focus??

01-16-2011, 07:34 PM
Andrew these where taken with manual focus. Ive been thinking more about my Focusing problems- Im near sighted in my left eye, and thats the eye I always look threw the viewfinder with. I do wear glasses, but I think maybe what that eye see's as in focus isnt always actually in focus. Im going to try and retrain my brain to look threw the viewfinder with the right eye instead and see if that helps at all. I still think the manual focus is beter then the auto focus though.
