Selling prints etc

I'm interested in having a stall at a craft fair in the summer and would like to sell one or two of my photos. I'm not expecting to make much money from it but I think it'll be interesting and I'll gain a little experience in selling my work. What advice could any of you offer me in undertaking such a venture. I know there's a lot to consider such as what format (canvases and framed photos), paper choices, etc. I've also found that the cost of using online or high street printers can be expensive and you have to really search around for the good deals. I purchased my first print before Christmas on a canvas and quite like that format.
