I had taken a very similar photo to this but didn't have the shutter fast enough (http://www.photography.ca/Forums/f20/i-can-fly-11541.html). Last weekend I had a chance at redemption :)

Very well done, Bambi - that looks great. Now I am tempted to asked my sister, that I can visit her in the dog club when she is training with her dog for the next agility tournament.

thanks for the feedback everyone! I have to say I learn more from my 'misses' then my hits (at least the first time around). She does have devilish eyes - to go with her personality!

MM- I would definitely go visit your sister and take shots. Can I come with you?

And it's more than getting Belle in focus. It's the light and shadows, the snow on the ground, the bits being knocked off the rail, the whole photo.

Perfect timing and love the eyes expressions Bambi. As was said, just a wonderful action shot in all perspectives.

thanks HBG. What's neat about it too is that she doesn't have to jump it- there's enough room to run under. But she always chooses to jump.
