I'm working in Northern BC as usual and I came across a few animals recently. This first one is a Great Grey Owl. He was just sitting beside the road. I was lucky as in past attempts they usually just fly away.

This next one is a mother and young moose. A face only it's mother could love.

Both are very nice shots. I like the even lighting in these.

I hear ya' on the owls, very nice capture, and absolutely love the swamp donkey shot, perfectly exposed.

I really like the tones of the owl and the trees. The yellow of the eyes makes a nice spot of color.

I like how the tones on the owl match the white birtch bark tree.

I just have to chime in an agree with everyone else. Lovely nature shots.

I like them both, but I think the white-balance is off. they need warming up. I usually shoot in shade mode when I'm in snow, unless I really want the blue color for some reason, but I don't think it works with what you've got here. Unless the moose were really cold. ;)
