While staying in the Q1 I had a go at some shots of the people passing 19 floors below me on a wet, dark afternoon.

Most of these are shot at ISO 1000 on an older camera and with my 100-400mm handheld at 250th or lower so excuse the noise and quality.

I focused mostly on umbrellas as you'll see.

Rasta man here just had to keep a few steps in front of his girlfriend ... funny to watch.

But when it rained ... Rasta man was straight under the umbrella!

The only cute guy I could find was behind the camera Bambi
I feel like a voyeur when taking any shots of people ... which is why it's rare to see people shots from me. I'm a bit shy like that I guess.

Cheers Iggy.

Thank you very much :) I really didn't think there was anything special about these ... other than the perspective of shooting from above which I don't usually get to do.

I know what he's saying. It's like a capture and processing signature. I often think I would recognize any of your images even without the logos.

Very nice series. The different angle of view is neat. One in particular:angel:
I also have to agree with Yisehaq and Iggy on your "technique". I've noticed it before. (When I take time out from my whining to look at a few posts.)
