UK Robins are way smaller that the North American variety for sure...Lovely capture of this little fella:thumbup:

These robins are hard to catch - we have the same species here! Your picture is very well done with this sharpness.

Thank you all for the kind comments, I think these little fellows are heading off now for their summer holidays as I see them less and less every day, there are some in my local park that are pretty tame and come close if you have something nice for them to eat.
It was my first real effort at taking a bird photo, apart from the obligatory swan photo the week I got my DSLR.
