shot this last weekend, using my nikkor 16-85mm at 72 mm, 1/60 of a second
f14, iso 400, one sigma 530 Super DG fired inside a Wescott 28" Apollo soft box ittl and a 32" Photoflex silver/white reflector (white side out).

a different one from the same session - 1/60s ƒ/10 ISO 400 at 72 mm, 28' Westcott Apollo softbox camera right at about 45 degrees, 7' up and angled down, Sigma 530 Super DG at 1/2 power

What, no neck- I promise you MA she had it when I took her photo.LOL

Actually, she is wearing a black turtle neck and has a family tartan blanket wrapped on her shoulders.

And truth be known I was more interested in trying just to focus on her face.
