So, I went to my local photo club meeting tonight and someone showed me a copy of a magazine they had bought - PhotoEd Magazine (http://www.photoed.ca/) - as they know I'm into street shooting. There was an article that covered shooting in public and the law in Canada and it referenced two sites to check out. ambientlight.ca and publicphotography.ca which I thought was just very cool!

We should start spreading the word... Second Saturday in September (September 10th, 2011) will be here before you know it.

09-10-11 (Sep 10, 2011) ... could be a theme this year.. :)

We definitely have to push this idea out there.... got questioned by a Commissionaire for stopping to take pictures of a statue the other day. I think he thought I was a terrorist since the statue was near the bridge.

Cool beans to get this started again, Iggy. But you know if a terrorist needed that kind of information all they have to do is look at google ans save themselves time, money and being identified.

we know that but it seems that others are less aware. it seems funny that google street view is okay but taking pictures of a statue is not. sigh.
