I do pop in here everyday and take quick looks at everyones photos, but not much time for comments, as we are finally on the move here.
We have been cleaning up loose ends here, and moving loads up to new place. (hard part is, it's 7+hr. drive away). Hoping to finally do the last load by next week and be into new digs for good. (Then the reno's start all over)., but they can wait a bit, as we need a couple stress reliever weeks to unwind.

I can totally relate HBG. Finishing the last of my condo renos as well...supposedly done this week.. Next it's on the market to sell so I can buy a new place in the north part of town and get me a puppy! I've been so busy, not alot of time for photos this year but I do pop in from time to time also. All the best with your renos...so glad mine are almost over!!

Just outta curiosity, did you move the bison as well? If so that musta been interesting!

Yeah, sure takes a lot of your life away, but at least it's just a few cosmetic touches at new place, nothing like we did here, as in gutting whole house and rebuild.
As for bison, no, they stay here. we moved them twice already, and that was only a few miles, and it was NOT FUN at all. Nice thing is if we want more up there, we have 3 bison farms within 15 minutes of us, but the plan is to not have animals, (other than dogs), for a little while, and have a little more freedom.
Now we need to buy a little tinny boat for back lakes, and a side x side for tours into the thousands upon thousands of acres of Crown Land.
Good luck with your sale Casil, hope it goes quickly and things work out well for ya'.
Any particular breed of pup you are looking at?

Thanks HBG....the dog I'm looking for is mostly mutt and from a rescue shelter. Something big (60 -80 lbs range) with some lab or shepherd in him preferably. I have friends of mine who live in Johannesburg and own a K9 dog training company (sniffer dogs, guard dogs etc. they train for protection agencies) who are willing to help me train him over the internet. When I had the last dog they had him walking on heel in 5 minutes....amazing to watch really.
Ditto with your renos HBG and congrats on the new place. :)
