A creative idea but it's not working for me.
It's just too dark overall to see the effect you were going for.

Presumably, what we are supposed to be seeing is the double exposure type deal, because we can see "through" the person.

However, the image is so underexposed and poorly framed, it's difficult to see what the subject is.

So - nice try as an experiment, but I'd suggest try a few more times until you get one that works... ;)

your 2nd shot works better, since we can definitely 'see' the ghost.
im wondering why the lamppost though? was it neccesary for the light? i wouldve tried to get the top of it in the frame too, or something. maybe clone out the strange box of snow (?) remnants around the base of it, if possible. also, if you composed it a little differently, like had the person near the tree, instead of the post, and maybe peeking into the window. would look more purposeful in my opinion. like a long lost student, trying to see whats left behind in the calssroom. nice experimentation - youre on the right track!

thanks i was a little confused with the Snow part, but i see now that the box looks like snow. Its not its sand, i live in South Georgia, it never snows. Yeah its a little hard to do a whole lot, b/c its just me, and my tripod.
