Brief intro :) I've been shooting panoramas this month (monthly challenge via my photography club). I've never been that interested in them before, but now I'm starting to see the appeal - being able to zoom in soooo far and still have a razor sharp image is quite addictive!
So, without further ado:

(Sorry, not sure of the etiquette here, should I restrict myself to a certain width? The image above is 1400px wide jpeg from the 14000x2500 original)
Edit: Ok, the forum has taken care of it for me - the image used to be 1400 px wide, it's now 1024 wide :D
Here is a direct link to the 1400px wide version: link (http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/2448/k500760609panorama.jpg)
And a 1:1 crop :D

And another one of the local stately home, about 3 minutes from my house (which looks nothing like this :P):

Very nice photos both of them! The bi-plane in the 2nd one is great.
Can't help noticing what seens to be "Canadian" geese in there also:):)

I really like that first one. The addition of the tractor really makes it for me.

I am picking the second as a fave, although both are very nice. Living on the prairies I get to see a lot of endless flat fields and lonely tractors. Are you sure that's England?

Thanks folks :)
Aubintbay, I don't know a whole lot about birds, but I think you are right! Although I have been reprimanded before for calling them Canadian Geese. Apparently the 'proper' name is Canada Geese :?
JAS I'm in Essex, which is in the extremely flat East Anglia region - also known as the 'breadbasket of England' :D

Both are cool. I like the 1st one for the interest created by the dust and panoramic view.

Very well done on both Thoughton. Like that first one with that dust conveying movement.
Have you tried that second one in Sepia, or b&w, as it would really take you back in time with that home and bi-plane. Just a thought, and would love to see it.

really like these Tim, #1 and 3 for me ( oh and by the way every time I look at three I keep waiting to see a giant foot come of the cloud and squash something below)
