Not an expert or anything but I noticed no one's replied yet so....honestly, I wouldn't have been able to tell what it was if you hadn't mentioned it already. For me, this photo isn't that interesting and the background is a little distracting (too bright). Like I said though, I'm definitely no expert and this is just my opinion :p

I think if you could get a less chaotic background, this would be even more incredible. I do like it though.

I agree, the background clashes with the main subject and the left side is a bit bright. You may want to darken both. Hope that helps
