Hey All,
This is one of the crater lake in this country. It was a bit of a hassle to reach but the view on top was worth it. What do you think?

Love the wide open view and it looks like a great spot to photograph from. I love the way you can see the shadows of the clouds on the ground.

Wow this looks like a fantastic place to explore. I like the first one best. I think the composition works, nice combo of fore/background, like the cloud/shadow interplay in both images.

Ditto what HBG said. I think my preference is number 1 which seems to give a better sense of depth and with the lake going to the top right a bit more interesting.

Beautiful!!! I especially like the composition of the first image.
Years ago, the television show, NOVA, produced a special about a crater lake (now called Pingualuit) in Northern Canada. I loved the program's title - "The Lake That Fell To Earth". Thanks for posting these pictures.
