Here are a few images from my recent trip to this beautiful place. If you are a landscape photographer make sure you visit Bryce Canyon. I found a 3 day visit to be plenty of time to get an overview of the whole place and to explore a few of the trails.

If you haven't been there Bryce Canyon is at the edge of a plateau that faces east. As a result the early morning light is amazing. As the day progresses the reflection of light inside the Canyon makes the many spires and rock formations appear to glow in red, orange, and yellow hues.

As always comments and constructive critique are welcome!

What a cool looking place to photograph! I love the light on the rock in the first shot but I wish the branches weren't in the way. My favourite is the last one with the layers of colour. Very cool.

Thanks, with regard to the first image. One step to my right would have fixed that!

Another vote for #3 here also. Love that colour of the rock against the wonderful blue sky.

Looks like an awesome place to visit indeed!

Of coarse places like that one step to the right can be pretty nasty too!
