I took about thirty to forty shots last night, and then some clouds rolled in, and nicely framed the moon, and shining above the moon is Jupiter.

The clouds definitely help frame the shot.

I love the vision you saw here, so seeing as you have 'Please feel free to edit my photos' I decided I would ... I think that tells you what I would have suggested for your photo. I didn't change the comp or framing at all because I thought it was good :)

Did you increase the contrast and boost the saturation? I LOVE that the lens flare near Jupiter is virtually invisible! (Upper right corner)

I did a few things but no saturation boost. I dodged the red leaves. I used the Levels tool to create more contrast. I cloned out the Jupiter flare. I add a blue hue across the sky. I manually added a black vignette effect around the sky to give it more depth and enhance the moons glow.
