View Full Version : A Special Bird - Eastern Whipbird

This is a bird I have been trying to get good photos of for a very long time. They are quite common but live among the undergrowth and rarely stop moving. They usually don't let you get within about 10 metres of them at least.

However, we found one that didn't seem to give a rats hoot we were there and he went about his smorgasbord on the rainforest floor without much as a thought about us.

Congrat's on this capture MA, and that is one cool call. Very interesting looking fellow also.
