Hi Guys

First (except introduction) post here. I like this photo taken in home studio. What we could do better? What part do you like?

Any comments and critique appreciated.

I like the catch light in her eye. I can’t zoom in but it all looks sharp.

As for things I would work on. Try to move her away from the back drop. It will make it look more "clean" less lines to distract you. Also the shadow to her left is very hard. One last thing is the angle she is on can make her look bigger then what she is. I suck and that stuff so someone here should be able to help you direct her body.

I like her sultry expression here. I agree that farther from the background is better
But for me, overall this is overprocessed to the point where this looks like an animated character or video game character as opposed to a photographic portrait.

I'd prefer to see what she "really" looks like....but that's just me.
If I had to bet, the model will be very happy with this as there are no imperfections or blemishes to the skin. I honestly cannot guess the true age of this model.

Thank you belliveau and Marko

For your tips next time definitely will move model away from background. Also will work on pose. Regarding "video game" look I understand you point Marko. As I and model like this kind of pp I would leave it as it is but for my improvement and development I will prepare new version and post it here for further comments.

Take care

Her clothing blends in too much with the background. B&W with a light to the left (her right) and perhaps less power on the front lighting

Very nice PP skills on the facial area Ryske.
Only one problem I see is, you need to match the rest of her skin tone on body with bronze tone of face.
