Does she look natural or is she pinkish? It looks good on my end, just want to check with other monitors

Maybe this will help you. Correcting Skin Color: CMYK Tone Values & Nationality (Ethnic) Variations | Measuring and Correct Skin Color (http://www.graphicconnectionkc.com/skin-tone-correction.html)
I like second one for start point.

On my monitor the correct skin tone would be somewhere between shots 2 and 3

Too pink on #1. #2 looks close to natural but to be honest, there are minor variations in the hue of most of us. The only way I could tell you + or - on the red saturation is if I had the girl next to my screen. That is a hard call to make remotely as 2 or 3 could be bang on. The skin tone looks better in 2 but 3 has what appears to be a better hair colour with the face just over exposed a bit. This is where you people doing the PP thing get to make your judgement calls.

Same on mine.
Also, on shot 2 there is obvious colour banding on the left cheek, like it has been over processed or there is not enough shades of colours. This is still present in shot 3, but not nearly as bad.
