What a cool catch, Matt. Very nicely done! :thumbup: Do you photograph using RAW? Is there any chance you can pull back that slightly overblown bit on the bird's right wing/shoulder?

post processing was never my strong suite, Iggy. Yes, I shoot raw, and I'll have a look once back from my trip to Vancouver and Vancouver Island.

I really suck at it too but it's worth playing with on this shot, I think. You've captured a really cool moment.

It is worth playing with and I too think you have captured a really cool moment.

Iggy's suggestion is a good one, to my eye there looks like enough white meat to save this.
Looking forward to seeing your Edit Matt - It's definitely a shot worth working on a bit more. Fab moment again!

With RAW you can save this so easily.

Great shot though. Poor little gecko :(
