Trouble with digital photography is that one takes way too many images. This means that after a holiday the stupid idiot photographer needs to sit endless hours to sort through all the images, decide what to keep and what to donate to the black hole in cyberspace (or the bad sectors on the hard drive). Well, here are some images I kept. Starting with one that I thought I try the perspective filter out. This is under the bridge leading to Granville Island.

and here is my attempt to straighten it out:

Caught this guy sitting on a log enjoying the sunset - I suppose he is waiting for his ship to come in ....

and another shot, same area, of two couples waiting for the sunset ....

on the way to Granville Island I spotted this Heron, balancing on one leg ...

and last, here is an image of the almost full moon. The clouds were moving rapidly, so long time exposure had mixed results ....

So great perspective of bridge and best for me is a gay who sitting on a log.Composition is excellent and B/W tones too.
Last one I am not sure is it real moon. With black edge and with no glowing not look realistic to me.

I really like the the framing of the ship in the arc, and I agree with Vyeko on the tones.

Nice set. The fix on the bridge worked well, and is a strong image. I also like the 2 couples (good spotting) and the guy on the log for the reasons outlined previously.

I really like this one as well. The composition and BW tones are excellent.

These make me nostalgic for home. :p I love architectural stuff, so the first bridge one is awesome, but yeah, #3 is brilliant!

Love the lines in the straightened shot of the bridge, along with the amazingly sharp detail Matt, and like the others that shot with the framed ship, and the lone log-sitter is just perfect. VERY well done.
