Mount Loretta Ponds ... or: quick, hand me that tele

So on the way back from the Canmore Folk Festival my wife and I thought we take the long road; through the Kananskis Parks ... and sure enough, she needed one of them "breaks". So we pulled into Mount Loretta Ponds (apparently they do have the right facilities there), and I thought: oh well, might as well take a couple of wide angle shots. No point of dragging all the gear around for just 10 minutes ... so honestly, people, how often has anyone ever said to you: quick, hand me that wide angle????

The Osprey, kinda right in the center of the image, you can see the pixel if you squint your eyes real hard, sat there for a bit, then took off .... but at least I got a shot

Thanks all. After all, I was going to do a wide angle shot, that was the intent ... lol ... but it is not very often I get to see an Osprey perched on a dead tree ... and being that the pond is full of fish, I was thinking this guy might have come down for a meal .. then the wide angle would have been totally useless ...
