Nice shot. I find that the middleground in the trees on both sides and the snow in the foreground is a tad dark - still nice shot and good eye.

That's an interesting shot Dwayne ... something different.
I, personally like the darkness, adds mystery.
If I did anything different it would probably be to take another step or two to your right to add more perspective.
Not sure if I've described that very well so have a look at this shot and notice the right hand railings position compared to the left.

But I like your shot as is anyhow.
I like the darkness too! The tree branches look so sharp, like giant needles on each side. I think it would have also looked great without the tree! And the snow looks like its about to fall down, blocking the way further. Nice capture!

it's cool how the tree looks like it's suspended in mid air. the only thing for me is the brush in the foreground is a little distracting. otherwise pretty cool shot
