I missed this. Good thing we can go back and look at images we missed ... this is wonderful, Mike. Superb exposure, love the reflections of the sun coming through. Black and white works great here.

The flare really adds drama to this picture. Very nicely done. Good BW conversion too.

If you have space to work it may be worthwhile correcting the sloping horizon.

Spot is all I ever use. Very cool ... those sparkles and the diffusion are just perfect in this.
