I have always been a big fan of high key shots, and to me this works. May want to tone back the highlights just a tad though.

I'm in agreement with HBG. I do like the high key but would tone it back just a bit.

Thanks for that HBG & Asnow- I really appreciate the honesty . That is what I am here for. I did realise I was pushing the boundaries with this one.

I like the color here and the composition is quite unique. Intriguing photo for sure. Nicely done. In Lightroom it would be a 3 second job to fix the blown out areas no?

Thanks Mike- maybe a few more than 3 secs, but not too much bother.

I like the overall play here but the birds themselves are not standing out as much against the water to my eye.
