So I went out to my father-in-law's house this evening and decided to do some light painting since he has a big yard. The first one I light painted the tree red. I was shocked at how much noise shows up at ISO 250 with long exposures. Lesson learned, but luckily the second picture was shot at ISO 100. I painted the shed, then stepped inside and painted the inside of it.

Not sure why, but the tree picture on this website looks horribly blurry compared to the image viewed from my computer.

You can visit my flickr in my signature for a better look. I don't have too many photos so it will be easy to find.

Yes a little fuzzy on the tree in first here, but still well executed lighting on both.

Thanks HBG! I think the tree photo is more of a learning experience than it is a masterpiece. I know what to do better next time.

The second one is a little creepy, with the missing head and the arms waving. Next Halloween's decoration, perhaps?

The image was likely greater that 275K upon upload. - Image 1 is now 35k so the board compressed it.
I dig the play here Realist

Well maybe in a picture frame, but I don't think I want to stand in the backyard shed where no one will see me lol. Was too tall for the shed, and my head was hitting the top, that's why my head is missing. I guess me being so tall I'm not the ideal model for this shoot.

Marko: Thanks for the comment, and good to know about the file size issue.
