I posted a black and white version of this in the B&W thread. Couldn't make my mind up so have posted the colour one here.
As always comments (or critiques) welcome!

I like both the B&W and the colour for this shot. This one is a toss up to me as to which one you go with.
I think both this one and the other composition are lovely shots and I really like them all. This one seems to be more of a photo of the bollard though. The bridge makes a nice background but it's not strong enough in the image to be the subject. I prefer the other composition for the bridge. You get both the bridge and it's reflection which makes it a more obvious subject.

I usually like b/w over color but in this I prefer the color. I like the blue soft lighting from the street lamps.

I agree with Lorey. I prefer the colour one because of the soft blue lighting.

I also agree with Iggy about the bollard. I do like something in the foreground rather than just open water as the the first B&W picture, however I find the bollard to be a just a bit too prominent.

Agree with the others here. Very prominent object, very well lit, with sharp detail, really grabs the eye in the foreground, making this one all about the bollard.
