This picture was taken in a friends garden in Barbados in December. I cannot take credit for the existence of this photo, it was my friends who risked life and limb to decorate their palm tree. Its conception started that November day when they decided what tree, how high, what color and how close to wrap those lights. I feel warm and fuzzy when I think how it all came together, Christmas, the decoration, trip to Barbados, dinner invite, hugs goodbye on the porch and thankfully my camera in my purse and a moderately patient family waiting in car.
