Love the pitchfork and the mountains in the background, but I'm not sure about the building. I think it would be better if the building looked more like a barn, or a was a hay pile. I feels a bit out of place compared to the rest of the photo.

Thank you for your comment.
The building is a greenhouse; it is surrounded by cutted grass.
In my intention, the fork symbolize the end of the work.

I like the shallow depth of field, you really nailed the focus on the pitchfork. While not the most photogenic structure, I like how the shape of the greenhouse suggests the shape of the mountains behind it.

It may be the North American context, however, I agree with Realist on this one. I would have much rather seen a barn, a bale of hay, or something more like a farm than a plastic greenhouse in the background. Also, because it's made with white plastic it grabs my eye but I'm distracted because it's not really the subject of the photo, the pitchfork is the subject. You did well to capture a very sharp pitchfork with an excellent choice for depth of field, however, the background just doesn't fit the theme for me. Again, that may be my North American upbringing. Maybe mountains and a pitchfork go together quite well in Italy.

Ok, I understand what you intend.

Nice shot Frieri.

I like that you are attempting represent the end of a work day and to actually tell a story. It is something I aspire to (as opposed to just trying to make nice photos).

I like the choice of B & W to isolate the pitchfork & the mountains look great in the background. I just googled to find out exactly where Trentino is - you live in a beautiful part of the world. I visited Lugano many years ago and I would love to go back some day.
