Since this is in the Critique section, I will be little more critical.

It looks way too over contrasted.

You chopped off the girls arm on our right.

Your DOF was too narrow, girl on left is OOF.

You have good comp (other than the missed arm)

It is a beautiful shot of some beautiful girls, beautiful dresses, and background, but it looks like you narrowly missed it.

(Take in mind I am looking at this on my iPhone, so I could be wrong).

I would have tried to get entire scene in focus with that background.

theantiquetiger makes some good points. I like the subject matter and the general framing is not bad though I think if you had zoomed out a little bit you would have included the arm of the closest lady and the one standing next to her would have had "more room" to fit in. You didn't include your EXIF information so it's hard to tell for sure but I"m guessing 200mm at F4 and ISO somewhere above 400 due to the cloudy day. Pulling back to around 180mm might have been all you needed.

Based on your camera's capabilities (and I'm guessing because there is no EXIF) you would have been more successful with this shot if you had have had the opportunity to move. A more straight on shot would have let you keep the settings you had but still let you get everyone in focus. Plus the subjects would have been looking into your camera which would have been more engaging.

It's still a fairly decent shot and way interesting subject matter. I hope I get to see some more like this from you.
