eagle drying in the sun

Here are some recent eagles.. he had just brought in an eel.. but we couldn't get any decent shots,
so here he is drying himself off in the sun

The dots could be small fly's, I shot a similar scene last week, and the eagle's had hundreds of small fly's swarming around them.
