Marko, I really enjoy your street photography, but I am not digging this one. Usually when you do a intentional camera movement shot, your images are still sharp (if that makes sense), but I don't feel that in this shot. I dig those hot pink lights and the damaged bike tire, and I can see a possibly great shot with just these two subject matters. I always have a hard time viewing an intentional camera movement shot with people in it.
