Great set. Love the colour.

The first shot was well spotted and captured. Love the colour & expressions in 2 & 4. Nice timing on the 5th

shot 1 for me but fun colourful set!
What's that watermark at bottom right?

Thanks, Marko! Your the first person to ask me about it. I think it stands out more on the forum and I only just started putting it on my images. I'm still not sure it's a good idea. I wander back and forth with the watermark thing from time to time. This is small and hopefully fairly unobtrusive so I thought I'd try it out.

As for what it is, I'd like to wait a little while and see if anyone can guess what it is before I spill the beans ;)

A nice set. I really like the first shot, and can not figure out who is twirling the banner making a circle around the little girl. I think I would have cropped a bit more just above the cop's hat and a touch at his feet to place more emphasis on the girl and banner circle around her, but that's nit picking. The water mark is intriguing - makes me think of Jewish symbols or something Indianna Jones found.

An interesting idea, Jim. Had the moment lasted longer I may have gotten the girl in focus as well and then, I think, your idea of going tighter might work. As it is, the moment was fleeting and I had to choose quickly which would be in focus and I thought that it was an unusual scene to see a policeman twirling a Pride Ribbon.

As for the watermark... warmer but not quite. I suspect my geekiness will be lost on most ;)

are the symbols related to Karate - Some kind of Kanji-fusion? and does it refer to iguana-san? what does that name mean again? so many questions! :)

I can tell it's driving everyone, well Marko, crazy so I'll come clean.

Those symbols are my initials GJE as written in Cirth as found in the Lord of the Rings books, Cirth - Lord of the Rings Wiki (http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Cirth)

Whether I will continue to use the watermark or not is up for debate. In many respects I don't really like having them and I keep forgetting to add them in. In other respects I like the idea of identifying my images so when they show up in other locations people might begin to recognize my "brand". Is it a "brand" worth recognizing? So many questions!

As for Iguanasan or Iguana-san that has a totally different origin and I'm happy to explain it's origin if you are interested in hearing about it but I don't think it's a very exciting story.
