Had it in the vizier for a long time, just never made it down to it. So this long weekend Janice and I took the trip. And WOW, it was worth the trip. Took close to 500 images, some of them are actually good ones. :D Let's start out with a panorama, you people know the drill on those ...

This was taken around 10am, it was already about 31°C, and harsh harsh light. Not a cloud in the sky ....

Then we went on the guided trail. What a treat, here are some images fro this 2 hour hike. First: the face of the buffalo ...

I like the textures that you captured in those rocks, Matt. Shooting in harsh light like that is a challenge, and it looks like you got some nice shots. Is that some kind of particularly nasty snake in that last one?

I have no idea what it is ... but it sure does not look wholesome ....
