Samyang vs Rokinon

I'm considering getting the 8mm fisheye lens. Does anybody know the difference between the Samyang and the Rokinon. On Amazon the Samyang F3.5 Ultra Wide fisheye is $292 and the Rokinon F3.5 HD fisheye is $315. I understand that there is a Bower version as well.

I believe all three are the same lens, just labeled differently. I bought the Rokinon version and it's a damned good lens but designed for crop frame cameras. Check out what Ken rockweel has to say about it:

I have gone out with that lens only and gotten some fun shots.
