A title appropriate for Halloween I know, but nothing to do with it :)

This is an area called Ghosties about 45 mins drive south of where I live. It lies in a National Park that was the site of the largest of the recent bushfires we've had. Some rain 2 days ago has settled those all down now thankfully.

I need to return to these sea caves and take photos from inside. The last photo shows a mother and kids at the mouth which illustrates how big that particular cave is. It has a side entrance also and I've seen some cool photos from in there. Soon, very soon.

Looking back from on top of that cave in the previous shot... I was standing down on that saddle in this shot above the small cave you can see.

MUST get back and into this cave for some lighting painting shots...

Wonderful series, what exceptional landscapes you have .. or are these seascapes? In any case, exceptional. #3 is my fav by far.

Thank you guys.
Australia's coastline is hugely varied Matt. It's all about beaches mostly, but so many beaches are guarded by rocky headlands or other cool features that give the beach character. We have tropical beaches way up north, and Antartic blown and ravaged beaches way down south... and pretty much everything in between. When using the definition of sandy type beaches I think Australia comes up as the country with the most beaches even though our coastline is a fraction of the size of Canada's due to your multitude of bays, fiords etc.
