That's an awesome picture. Is he (she) asleep, playing, or what?

The processing/BW conversion is great.

Thank you! We were on the couch playing and she closed her eyes for a moment. I got lucky :D

Apart from the cuteness and cool expression you've caught, I like the crop as well.

The tight crop really works well as does the monochrome processing. Very cute shot indeed.

I'll post the original if I can find it on my computer lol.

i like the overall feel here - but I think my eye would like to see more sharpness in the lips (given the title). Or on the eyelashes...
...or this shot should be even less sharp (more dreamy).
Hope that may help and just my 2 cents.

I can never decide how I want this photo lol. I have a sharp version, a soft version, a colour version, a minimalist version etc... lol it's ridiculous really.

My ultimate goal, I guess, for this image would be to see it hanging in a Dr's waiting room or a maternity ward or over a crib. Any suggestions on what would make the image more appealing and more likely to achieve that goal are greatly appreciated.

For me...go ultra soft OR ultra sharp. This photo lies in the middle.

My pleasure to give an opinion :) if you post additional versions of this image

I think I'd like to see this with the same BW crop in BW like shot 1 but with the only lashes sharpened. That might be my instinct here.
